Why isn't my promo code working?
Promo codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails, sales, and subscriptions cannot be combined. If you are experiencing an error with your promo code please contact us
What is a promo code and how do I get one?
Promo codes work the same way as online coupons. Subscribers to Millennium Tanning emails will regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive Millennium Tanning emails, please sign up here
**Why isn't the BOGO Offer working?
Our BOGO offer is eligible on all products including our new releases (Solid Black Special Reserve and Solid Black Tan Extending Moisturizer). 50% off will be taken on the lesser price of the eligible products.

Do you charge sales tax?
Millennium Tanning charges sales tax in every U.S. state except those that do not have a sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon

Free shipping is offered within the United States with limitations to the states of Alaska & Hawaii which lie outside the contiguous United States.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Millennium Tanning will email a Shipment Confirmation that details your order and shipment date.
How can I track my order?
We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. If you did not receive or accidentally deleted your shipment confirmation email, please contact us
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it's shipped?
Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method, but non-bulk orders should arrive within 3-4 business days from the order being placed.
Why can’t I place an international order?
Millennium Tanning does not ship products internationally.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I start a return?
Make sure you have your order number and contact Customer Service.
I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since returned an item, why haven't I been refunded?
At Millennium Tanning, all refunds are issued within 2 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on their site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please be patient, if you have additional questions feel free to contact the PayPal help department online at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home.
